Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
Welcome to Visitation Academy and the 2023-2024 school year! We are pleased to provide you and your children with a team of professionals dedicated to the highest standard of Catholic education and care of your child(ren).
As parents/guardians of children enrolled in the Academy, you also serve as a partner in education. As partners, parents, faculty and staff will work together to ensure the academic, social, spiritual, and emotional growth of your children while they attend the Academy. I trust that you are up to the task, and I welcome working with you to ensure the success of your child and all the students at the Academy!
In order to provide the best quality of education and safety, we ask that all parents/guardians and students adhere to the Academy’s policies.
This Parent-Student Handbook contains the Academy’s policies and is intended to provide you with a guide. Please take the time to review this Handbook in its entirety. I hope the Handbook will answer questions you may have regarding the policies of the Academy, although you may always reach out to me or the Board of Trustees if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
This Handbook will be distributed as a hard copy upon request. It will remain accessible to you on this page.
At the end of this Handbook are various documents for you to review and sign, as well as an Acknowledgement of Receipt of this Handbook. Please sign and return all these documents by Friday, September 15, 2023.
